Lovely double room in Loughborough Junction

I'm leaving this lovely flat after two and a half years and am looking for someone to take my place from October 28th- I've had a great time living here and would highly recommend!

The room is a bright, good sized double room. The flat is a 2 bed, split level, ex-council flat, in Loughborough Junction (between Brixton and Camberwell). Please note it is a fourth floor flat and there is no lift

Rent is £750 + £150 (approx.) bills. The current lease will run until the end of June and my flatmate is planning to sign another 2 year lease with the landlord at that time, so would want someone who is looking for a long term place to call home. The deposit is £886.14. The landlord is chilled and hands off day to day but responsive and efficient when anything needs sorting.

You'd be living with Belle and her cat Fred, a little bit about them:

"I’m Belle, a mid thirties queer, vegan woman, with a very silly ginger cat called Fred. In my spare time I watch a lot of bad tv, play video games and swim. I work full time, mainly from home, and then I also run a comedy club in central London."

I can be flexible around an earlier move in date and am happy to discuss different dates!

Looking for someone of a similar age who is vegetarian/vegan or pescatarian and likes cats. The flat would work well for anyone who does work from home or otherwise - it will come furnished or unfurnished (only the bed was there when I moved in, and I will leave the furniture I've purchased if required for no cost)
