Bright double room near Brixton

Heya, I am looking for a new flatmate for 28th January (can be flexible about the move in date), sharing with myself and my cat Fred.

The room is a bright, large double room, is furnished, and gets the gorgeous morning sun. The flat is a quirky 2 bed, split level, ex-council flat, near Brixton, in Loughborough Junction. I love living here and I have a great relationship with the landlord.

Rent is £750 + £175 (approx) bills. The deposit is £886.14. The current lease will run until the end of June and I plan to sign another 1 year lease with the landlord, so would want someone who is looking for a long term place to call home.

I’m Belle, a mid thirties, queer, vegan woman, with a very silly, chatty, ginger rescue cat named Fred. Please note: he is FIV+ so cannot live with other pets. In my spare time I enjoy going to gigs/theatre, swimming, playing video games and reading. I work full time, mainly from home at the moment, and then I have a second job running a comedy club and talent scouting in central London. Because of the amount that I work, I can be quite introverted when I’m at home, but I am about for a coffee and a chat.

I’m looking for someone who identifies as a woman/female or NB, works full-time (I spoke with the landlord and he will accept a freelancer with a guarantor), values a comfortable and calm living space, loves cats, and is also vegetarian/vegan. I would also consider someone who is pescatarian/is understanding and respectful of veganism.
