Really nice big double en-suite room. Very bright, light, quiet, lots of storage; the best room in the house! Available semi-furnished.

TO SHARE WITH:
2 creative men & 1 woman. Very sociable, house nights out or super chilled.

YOU:
We’re looking for like-minded chilled individual who’s looking for a home and not just a bed. Would suit mid to late 30-50's professional / creative.

THE AREA:
Just off Chatsworth Road in Lower Clapton with Sunday Market, cafes, nice food, great pubs and creative vibe. Countryside and water of Lee Valley & Hackney Marshes 10 min walk, good transport links:
-Homerton Overground (10 min walk)
-Highbury & Islington (4 stops on Overground)
-Dalston (2 stops on Overground)
-Liverpool St. 30 mins bus

THE RENT:
£1100 per month which includes:
