2 Month Sublet - Lower Clapton

I am subletting my spacious room, located on Lea Bridge Road.

We are looking for someone clean and easygoing and ready to move in by 3nd March.

- The Room-

The room gets a lovely blast of sunshine in the morning and if you work from home it's perfectly situated at the back of the house, meaning it's nice and quiet.

Included is a chest of drawers, a small wardrobe, a desk and a double bed. Everything you need!

£800 with bills included.
£800 deposit.

-The House-

We have a garden which is a great place to store bikes and have barbeques when the weather is right for it.

You will be sharing with 4 others who work across various industries, including hospitality, education and now we have a hairdresser!

2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen with all the usual appliances (including a dryer), although no living room, we have a spacious kitchen with sofas which is great for socialising.

-The Area-

Great location close to lovely cafes, pubs, and restaurants, perfect for taking walks along the canal towards the marshes.

Aldi is a 20-minute walk, perfect for weekly shops and we have a couple of corner shops close by if need be.

I have lived in London for 10 years, and I always say this area has so far been my favourite place to live!
