Good Size Double Room

PLEASE READ THIS AD THOROUGHLY.
We have a good sized double room to rent out, the house is brand new and a high standard, has a nice bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet, washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer etc. The house is very close to Edmonton Green overground and bus stations. There is free on Street parking. References preferred if possible. We are a committed gay male couple renting a whole house so we're looking for an open minded person who will feel comfortable living in our house. Small dogs considered if well behaved. One us is English and the other Spanish, so a Spanish speaker would be a bonus. Not much in the case of house rules, be clean, friendly and clear up after yourself. Smokers ok, but no smoking in the house, garden is for that. We don't want someone who locks themselve away in their room all the time, be sociable, but on the other hand we also respect privacy. Just want a friendly household
