Within the local area there are many News Agents/Shops near by, one is open until past 12am. There is also a retail complex which has a large Asda, Argos, Market, Retail Stores, Library, Post Office, Banks Etc.. All within 5mins of the house.
Plenty of green space with Pymmes Park, 2 minute walk from the house.
LIVING SPACES
The room is furnished with a Double Bed, Wardrobe & a Bedside Lamp. The room is bright with natural sunlight all throughout the day & if you are a late riser and don't want to be disturbed by the light, there is a black out blind. Although you will be lodging in my home, I have installed locks one all living spaces to maintain privacy. I just ask that we keep the place as clean and tidy as possible.
As well as your room you'll have access to the Main Bathroom & Kitchen.
supplying you with your own cupboard space within both rooms. In the kitchen i have included Brand New, Cutlery, Pots, Pan & Plates, Cups & Glasses. Pretty much everything you'll need.. READY TO MOVE IN!!
Next to the kitchen in the hallway i will be creating a breakfast bar area in the future.. so there will be a communal space within the house. This will not affect the rent price.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The property has all the correct safety checks complete with certificates, which will be on displayed on the pin board in the hallway.
There is a Carbon Monoxide Alarm (CO2) & Smoke Alarm Fitted, & a Fire Blanket in the Kitchen.
