My husband and I live in a Grade II listed property just a few minutes from Edmonton Green station. The Weaver Line has a fast connection with the City at Liverpool Street and has a direct link with the Victoria line at Seven Sisters.

We have accommodation available at the top of the house, the oldest part of which was built in 1650. The lodgings consist of a double bedroom [4m. 60 x 2m. 50], a workroom [3m.40 x 3m] and a small private bathroom. The rooms are furnished and can be laid out to suit your requirements.

It is surprisingly quiet here as we are set back from the road. There is a large back garden which you would be welcome to share. We have a cat who is thankfully uninterested in our fishpond. The best kind of lodger for us would be someone quiet who would not need much access to the kitchen which is small and which we occupy a lot. Vegetarians particularly welcome!

The rent is set for 3 nights a week but 4 would be possible at a higher rate. Access to our washing machine could be possible at an agreed time once a week but we would prefer if this is not essential as there is limited space for drying.

The rent is inclusive of bills.
