Mon - Fri let

Description

My husband and I live in a Grade II listed property just a few minutes from Edmonton Green station. The Weaver Line has a fast connection with the City at Liverpool Street and has a direct link with the Victoria line at Seven Sisters.

We have accommodation available at the top of the house, the oldest part of which was built in 1650. The lodgings consist of a double bedroom [4m. 60 x 2m. 50], a workroom [3m.40 x 3m] and a small private bathroom. The rooms are furnished and can be laid out to suit your requirements.

It is surprisingly quiet here as we are set back from the road. There is a large back garden which you would be welcome to share. Guy is an artist and has a studio workshop in the garden and I am a freelance writer and former TV producer/director. We have a cat who is thankfully uninterested in our fishpond.

The rent is inclusive of bills.
