Hi everyone! I’m moving out around mid-April to a new flat in Central London, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The house is shared with Muslim housemates, so please be respectful, no pork or alcohol in the house 🙂

A bit about me: I’m Fin, a data scientist coming from New York City 🗽I’ve lived in NYC for 4 years, studied abroad in Paris, and moved to London last November. I’m quite particular about my living space, and honestly, this has been one of the best rooms I’ve ever lived in, so you can trust that it’s a great spot!

The house itself is really well maintained. Arman (the main tenant) is super friendly and keeps all the shared areas clean and tidy. The other housemates are also nice, though they’re rarely home, so it’s generally a calm and quiet environment.

The room:

- Bright and airy with a window
- Very close to the bathroom, which is super convenient

- Fast and reliable internet (I work from home all days with no issues, with tons of meetings everyday)

- 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
- Plenty of affordable grocery options nearby (ASDA, Lidl, and more)
