You will have free access to a bathroom[with toilet],a separate shower room and separate toilet as well as a kitchen/diner, which will be shared with two others and myself.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The house has full central heating throughout.
I am a quiet single man.
A large ginger cat who was resident passed away recently.
I may eventually have another feline companion, so a cat lover is preferred.
There is a small, secluded back garden and free parking outside.
The house is within walking distance of an Asda Supermarket, Edmonton Green bus depot and train station{27 minutes to Liverpool street].

There is a tv point in the room, also.
Rent includes all bills and council tax.
The rent is £90 a week,£390 per calender month.
