Huge double room for rent in Lower Holloway

We're looking to rent a room in our home from the end of January until the end of May when the lease ends - with the option to extend the lease with us. We're three Aussie gals looking for someone with a similar vibe to us.

The house is very well located with both Holloway road and Caledonian road station a 10 minute walk away and plenty of busses going from just outside the house.

There room is a double and is extremely spacious (it's a converted lounge room)! The house has one and half bathrooms, one large kitchen/dining/living space, small outdoor area that is ours only and a very large shared garden which is accessed by the advertised room. The full bathroom is upstairs (there is only one shower) and the half bathroom (toliet, sink and mirror only) downstairs will only used by guests and the new tenant.

Price does not include bills - all bills plus a fortnightly cleaner comes to around £130pcm extra (includes council tax too - we're band E). The room is furnished if you would like to buy the existing furniture or you can choose to furnish the room yourself.

Holloway is a great area - it's right in between Islington and Camden so there are lots of friendly people around and loads of cool places are within walking distance.

We're a very welcoming and fun house! We mostly keep to ourselves on weeknights either out separately or relaxing but we're also good friends who hang out on weekends and have dinners and wine together.

If you want to meet new people and like weekend coffee dates, running or yoga then you'll fit right in!
