Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment on Jackson Road, N7, just a short walk from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line).
About the flat:
• Rent: £1050 pcm + bills (around £60 each per month).
• Two bedrooms, one bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen.
• Currently furnished in the photos and during viewings, but most furniture will be gone before move in. For the bedroom, you can buy the bed, the dresser, and bedside table from my flatmate, the closet and the armchair will be gone, though. The living room will be unfinished - we can discuss shared furniture for the living space.
• Quiet residential street but close to Holloway Road’s shops, cafés, and transport links.
• Accessibility: The flat is on the first floor of the building and accessed by stairs. There is no elevator.
Council tax around 205/m for working professionals. You can get 25% discount since you’ll be living with a student. Council tax is waves for students.
About me:
I’m Rawda, a queer Egyptian and a PhD student in Gender Studies at LSE. My weekdays are usually busy with writing and deadlines, so I value a calm, clean home to come. I’m sociable and friendly but also very respectful of personal space. I’d love to live with like-minded people who share progressive, leftist, and queer-friendly values and politics and who want to build a comfortable, safe, and supportive home together — not just a place to sleep.
Who I’m looking for:
• Women, trans, or non-binary folks.
• Ideally a professional or postgrad student
• Someone who wants to build a home together rather than be just flatmates
Move-in date: From 24 October, 2025 (flexible by a week or so).
Tenancy: You’d be signing a new contract with the agency (standard referencing applies).
Viewings: From late September — afternoons and evenings preferred.
