Double Room in an LGBTQ+ 2-Bed Flat, Holloway(N7)

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment on Jackson Road, N7, just a short walk from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line).

About the flat:
• Rent: £2200 pcm (your share: £1100 pcm) + bills (around £60 each per month).
• Two bedrooms, one bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen.
• Currently furnished in the photos and during viewings, but all furniture will be gone before move-in — the flat will be unfurnished. You’ll need your own bedroom furniture, and we can discuss shared furniture for the living space.
• Quiet residential street but close to Holloway Road’s shops, cafés, and transport links.
• Accessibility: The flat is on the first floor of the building and accessed by stairs. There is no elevator.

About me:
I’m Rawda, a queer Egyptian and a PhD student in Gender Studies at LSE. My weekdays are usually busy with writing and deadlines, so I value a calm, clean home to come. InI’m sociable and friendly but also very respectful of personal space. I’d love to live with like-minded people who share progressive, queer-friendly values and who want to build a comfortable and supportive home together — not just a place to sleep.

Move-in date: From 1 November 2025 (flexible by a week or so).

Tenancy: You’d be signing a new contract with the agency (standard referencing applies).
