Friendly flatshare in W9

We are looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely 4-bedroom home in north-west London: please form a (dis)orderly queue if you like the sound of all this:

Ten minutes' walk from two stations in zone 2: Queen's Park (Bakerloo line) and Westbourne Park (Circle line), with several bus routes even closer.

Large, separate living room and kitchen with plenty of space to cook, eat, drink, lounge, chat, watch TV and play the odd game.

Eclectic, sociable and fully house-trained flatmates aged 22 to 31: a political analyst, a Natural History Museum employee (secret dinosaur wrangler) and an IT professional. Our interests range from sport and keeping fit to art and opera via cooking, exotic food, a few drinks, board games and the latest Netflix/iPlayer hit.

The room is a mid-size double on the first floor, fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe and shelves, a chest of drawers, desk and double bed. It faces the back of the house and is tucked away from the communal areas downstairs.

Separate utility room with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Back yard with barbecue, passing cats and resident blackbird.

Nearby shops, supermarket, pubs, brunch spots, park, tennis courts, farmer's market and more.

Managed by the local estate agent: if something breaks, they fix it quickly. They ask for references from your employer and a previous landlord, plus three months' bank statements showing your income (or proof of funds).
