It comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and 2x chest of drawers and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other person. There’s also plenty of space in the room for a desk if working from home.

You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely housemates who are very friendly and easy to live with. Rent is £885 for the room plus bills which are approx £65 each month. Deposit is £1000 which is kept in a protection scheme and the house is let through an agency.

It’s around a 10minute walk to Maida Vale or Warwick Avenue for the Bakerloo line and Westbourne Park for the Hammersmith & City or Circle lines. There’s plenty of shops nearby and Paddington is only a short walk along the canal.
