Double bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment

Beautiful, to be called home - 2 bedroom apartment at ground floor. One of the bedrooms is occupied by a really great and friendly couple. Both working professionals.

I am looking for someone, who could replace me in two month time - around end of April (flexible) and overtake my bedroom which you can see in photos. You would have your separate bathroom, which is next door to the bedroom.
Great things about the bedroom:
-a lot of storage space
-bed and mattress are like new (1 year old)
-carpet is like new (1 year old)
-clean, no stains on the walls
-heats up very quickly if heating is on
-big window

The flat is spacious and has a terrace. Also, it has sky windows in the living room and kitchen, so it’s always full of daylight. Living room and kitchen has floor heating. Separate integrated fridge.

The street is quiet, no noise during day or night time.
