It's on the ground floor on a quiet street, with plenty of storage space outside the room. The other two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

The house has excellent access to two tube stations: 10 minutes walk to Maida Vale Tube (Bakerloo Line) and 5-6 minutes walk to Westbourne Park Tube (Hammersmith & City Line).
There are also lot of bus stops nearby that service Central, North & South London (18, 6, 414, 36, 187, 31 and 328).
Notting Hill, Maida Vale, Queens Park and Kilburn are within walking distance.

On the ground floor of the house is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. This room also leads to the back-garden. There is also a large garage with lots of additional storage space and a private outdoor car parking space.

One of the two current tentants is a professional working in film, the other a post graduate student at Imperial College.
