The room is furnished as seen in the photos, it is not ensuite but there are two bathrooms in the property and you will be sharing your bathroom with one person only.

The moving date is from the 09th of September.

The bills are roughly at around £100 per calender month, this includes, water, internet, electricity, gas and council tax (band C).

The ideal flatmate would be LGBTQ+ friendly, tidy and organised, mindful with noise and others.
