Hiya! A large airy double room with private separate bathroom will be available from September 9th in our bright and welcoming flat share.

About the roommates:
You would be sharing the flat with Jess (27), and Juan (35). Jess is a postgraduate student and study abroad administrator, who loves thrifting, spending time with friends, and matcha 🍵. Juan is an actor and stunt trainee, who enjoys scuba diving, coffee, watching films and spending time with his partner. We love for everyone to feel at home in this cozy and plant-filled flat!

Monthly rent is £1,225. The bills are roughly at around £100 per calender month, this includes, water, internet, electricity, gas and council tax (band C).

The ideal flatmate would be in their late 20s-30s, LGBTQ+ friendly, tidy and organised, mindful with noise and others.
