THE ROOM

Cosy bedroom in a modern house, recently renovated. Furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, wall mounted bookshelves, mirror and coat hanger.

THE HOUSEMATES

Four professionals: 1 chef, 1 account manager, 1 working for the French embassy, 1 in special effects industry. Nationalities: British, French and Australian. They work a combination of WFH and from office. Mostly keep to their rooms, but are friendly and very pleasant to chat to in the kitchen.

THE HOUSE

The large bathroom is shared with just one other housemate (female). The other rooms are en-suite. The kitchen is shared with 4 housemates and features a large dining table and small sofa, equipped with stove, oven microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing facilities, washer/dryer. Each bedroom comes with a private fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard. There is a good size furnished and sunny patio garden.

The housemates are neat. A professional cleaner does the communal areas once a week. Stock of fairy liquid and hand soap and bin bags are also included in the rent.

THE AREA

9 min walk from Westbourne Park station, great links to central London. 5 min walk from high street. Walking distance to Notting Hill and Portobello Market, as well as the areas Queen's Park, Paddington Rec Park, and Maida Vale. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores in very close proximity.
