Relaxed friendly flat 10mins walk to Queens Park

I'm looking for a relaxed flatmate to share my flat in W9, all week or mon-fri considered at a discount rate. I have a double room available with king size bed, it has been painted white since photos were taken. I can also include some furniture if you need such as a chair, desk, clothes rail, mirror, or please let me know if you need anything else.

-10mins walk to Queens Park Station (Bakerloo line and Overground)
-10mins walk to Westbourne Park Station (Hammersmith and City Circle and Metropolitan lines)
-Excellent transport links into central London
-Close to Westfield White City

All bills included including 1GB internet, new unused duvets and pillows.

Will consider adjusting rental/deposit amount for suitable person.
