THE ROOM

This very good size, garden facing, sunny bedroom offers plenty of storage. Furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside drawers, chest of drawers and wall mounted shelves. One large, modern bathroom is shared with just one housemate (the other bedrooms are en-suite). Comes with a private fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard.

THE HOUSE

A clean and tidy home. The kitchen, which opens out onto a furnished patio garden, is shared with 4 housemates and features a large dining table, small sofa, stove, oven, washing machine/drier, kettle, microwave, toaster and iron.

Each bedroom has a private fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard. The large shared bathroom is shared between two of the bedrooms. The other three bedrooms in the house are en-suite. A cleaner cleans the shared areas once a week.

Four professionals working a combination of WFH and from office. Friendly, considerate and very pleasant to chat to.

THE AREA

9 min walk from Westbourne Park station, 10 min walk from Queens Park station. Great links to central London. Walking distance to Notting Hill and Portobello Market, as well as the areas Queen's Park, Paddington Rec Park, and Maida Vale. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores in very close proximity.

THE RENT

Rent includes all bills, WiFi, weekly cleaner of communal areas, stock of bin bags, hand soap and dish washing liquid in the kitchen.
Minimum 6 months contract, followed by monthly rolling, 1 month notice period.
