Room available - Westbourne Park

Hello!

I'm currently looking for someone to take my place in a 4 bed flat based in Maida Hill, starting from the 1st May.

The current housemates are; Liam, who is a campaigner for an NGO, Ben, who works in events management, and Billy, who works in advertising.

Ideally our potential housemate is someone who is friendly, social and clean. We are all close friends, and often spend our evenings together - so, some one who would fit into this would be ideal.

The room itself its pictured below. It is on the 1st floor, with two other rooms, and the bathroom. On the 2nd floor is the kitchen, lounge, another bathroom, and the final bedroom.

Rent is £737.50/month, bills not included. (sadly this may be going up in July)
Council Tax Band F
Two bathrooms/showers, 4 burner gas hob, washing machine, fridge freezer+ drinks fridge, dish washer, iron board, sizeable Television + PS5.
We are also going to be having a cleaner, which will likely cost £30-40 a month
