This is a one-bedroom en suite bathroom flat, located at the heart of Maida Hill, right next to the Grand Union Canal.

5. Many private gardens: Carlton Gate is an oasis in London, full of gardens exclusive to the residents. Each one of them has a particular style, like water fountains, view of the canal, sculptures...

6. Security Team: It might sound as overkill, but there is a security team for the whole estate to insure the residents' privacy. They are very helpful since they also take care of some of the management aspect of the community.

7. Bringme Box: tired of Amazon just throwing you parcels at random places or people stealing them? I have been through both. Not only is it safe to have your box delivered at the lobby of the building, but you also have a Bringme Box, an automated parcel delivery place inside the estate, which can guarantee a much higher level of security or convenience if you are out of town for an extended period, or if you just feel more safe receiving through there.

This is a very unusual level of convenience for London, which makes it a very famous estate in the whole area. During summer, this becomes a hot property (no pun intended) due to all the events in Notting Hill and Little Venice.

THe whole building is heated so only once I had to turn on the heat. 

It's located in Westminster, so the council tax is lower than in other areas.
