This garden-facing single room is offered for a female in a 3 bedroom flat in a period house, with shared living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen.

We are very friendly, quiet but also social, clean girls, who like to get together from time to time, but also respectful of each other's space.

About the area:
The house is at a walking distance from the city centre and the area has many surrounded green areas, parks, tennis and golf courts. The canal is only 10 minutes walk away.

The area also offers several supermarkets and shops, including M&S, Coop, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Savers, Primark, TK Maxx, Argos, Poundland and a Farmers Market on Sundays.

Bills: around £90 per month (internet, water, council tax, electricity). Gas bill comes every 3 months.
