THE ROOM

Cosy bedroom in a modern house, recently renovated. Furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, mirror and coat hanger. A couple of additional book shelves can be installed above the bed upon request.

THE HOUSE

The large bathroom is shared with just one other housemate (female). The other rooms are en-suite. The kitchen is shared with 4 housemates and features a large dining table and small sofa. Each bedroom comes with a private fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard. There is a good size furnished and sunny patio garden. The housemates are neat. A professional clean of the shared areas 1-2 times a month is also included in the rent.

THE HOUSEMATES

Four professionals from industries: Data science, Sales and Account Management, Public Relations. Nationalities: British, French, Lebanese, Australian. They work a combination of WFH and from office. Mostly keep to their rooms, but are friendly and very pleasant to chat to in the kitchen.

THE AREA

9 min walk from Westbourne Park station, great links to central London. Walking distance to Notting Hill and Portobello Market, as well as the areas Queen's Park, Paddington Rec Park, and Maida Vale. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores in very close proximity.
