THE ROOM

Cosy bedroom in a modern house, recently renovated. Furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, mirror, coat hanger and a couple of wall mounted book shelves.

THE HOUSE

The large bathroom is shared with just one other housemate (female). The other rooms are en-suite. The kitchen is shared with 4 housemates and features a large dining table and small sofa. Each bedroom comes with a private fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard. There is a good size furnished and sunny patio garden. The housemates are neat. A professional clean of the shared areas once a week and shared consumables like bin bags and dish washing liquid are included in the rent.

THE HOUSEMATES

Four professionals from industries: Sales and Account Management, Public Relations, Michelin chef. Nationalities: British, French, Australian. The housemates mostly spend time in their rooms or out and are friendly and very pleasant to chat to in the kitchen.

THE AREA

Amazing connections. 9 min walk from Westbourne Park station (hammersmith and city/circle lines) and about 10 min walk from Queen's Park station (Bakerloo line). Walking distance to Notting Hill (10-15min) and Portobello Market, as well as Paddington Rec Park and Maida Vale. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores in very close proximity.
