We have one room available in our bright, spacious house near Portobello Road.
About the house:
A 4 bedroom Victorian style house with high ceilings, a lot of light and we live in the bottom two floors. The house is great for hosting due to its open plan layout and the garden is an amazing addition! We have one shower, two bathrooms and a utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also room for bikes in the house. The house is fully furnished but any extra bits are always welcome!
Bills are really reasonable and work out to around £100 per month for water, gas, electric, TV License, Council Tax and WiFi.
We rent via an agency who are good and responsive and located down the road so always easily contactable.

We are a fun, social house who enjoy a drink out as much as a night in and love watching reality tv! We are active and like to go to the gym, play tennis, cycle and going for walks. Enjoy exploring local restaurants, going to gigs, festivals and partial to a board game!
We are both originally from London suburbs and have lived in London for years. Alex is 28 and works in Music/ Live Events and Steph is 29 and works for an NGO in International Development. We hybrid work 9-5, Monday-Friday.
We have another new housemate moving in at the same time, a female aged 29.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional we can socialise with whether than be a night out, gym class or board game. Also, we can chat away with about things from disaster dates to global issues over a tea or glass of wine.
However we also respect everyone's space and need to decompress!
We don't mind gender as long as you are clean and tidy and considerate of the other housemates.
Also, must be ok with the occasional dog in the house as Steph sometimes dog sits.
