Hiiiii 😊 we are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely garden flat in Maida Hill, W9.

5 minute walk to cafes, shops & supermarket.
10 minute walk to Queens Park & Westbourne Park tube stations.
10/20 minute walk to Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, Portobello Road and Paddington.

Living with 2 girls 28 & 26 from New Zealand and Australia who get along very well and have a beautiful lounge room and court yard to chill in!

We are looking for someone around the same age who is willing to sign a 1 year lease starting from the move in date which is the 4th of September.

Rent is £925 per month
Bills aren’t included although are quite low - around £75 per month.
Must earn a salary of 30k or above.
