Spacious double bedroom in sunny W9 flat

Hello!

Looking for someone friendly and creative to move into this spacious double room in our flat in W9 London. Zone 2 on Tube - 7 mins walk from Queen’s park station (bakerloo and overground), 15 mins walk from Westbourne Park (Circle & Hammersmith line). Great walking connections to Queen’s park high street (which has lovely shops and a farmers market every sunday), and Maida Vale/Little Venice or Notting Hill! This is a first floor flat (middle flat between 3 flats in a converted victorian house). Neighbours are really friendly and is an area of lots of young professionals.

The double room comes furnished with a desk, floor length mirror, double bed with storage space underneath and built in wardrobe storage. You are welcome to bring in / switch out your own furniture for this! The bathroom is right opposite your room with a bath, shower and storage. Our bedroom is down a long corridor therefore you can get a good amount of privacy if wanted. The open plan kitchen/living area is very spacious and gets a gorgeous amount of light in the summer. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, hob. There is no dishwasher :(. Living area has been heavily decorated by me but would absolutely welcome any interior design enthusiasts to add your own spin!!

You would be living with me (Mia) and my boyfriend (Archie). We are freelance classical musicians both with interests across the creative arts. The freelance lifestyle means we are out of the flat most days but still love to hang out in the living room watching TV (taskmaster, the traitors, great british bake off) when we are in. We are looking for someone reasonably tidy that wants a home rather than a transactional place to live!! Other interests include cinema trips, evenings down the local pub and visiting London art galleries / concerts.

Bills are included (apart from council tax, we are westminster council tax Band E).
