I'm looking to rent out a double room in a two bedroom flat that I co-own with my sister. There are two other flats in the building and we are on the top floor.

The bedroom available is on the first floor and has it's own bathroom.

On the second floor there is a TV room and a separate, large kitchen/dining room.

On the third floor there is a large roof terrace, which is amazing for BBQs and for hosting drinks.

My sister's bedroom is on the top floor.

The flat is in an excellent location - a 5 minute walk from Queen's Park station, 10 minute walk from Westbourne Park station, 15 minute from Maida Vale and a 20 minute walk from Notting Hill. Queen's Park has a range of amazing shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a lovely park.

The council tax band is D.

For any potential flatmate, we are looking for someone who is a respectful, professional that is easy to get along with and will look after the flat.
