My name is Louise and I'm looking for a new flatmate for our lovely 2 bed flat in W9.
The flat is bright, spacious, and funky. There is a galley kitchen and large living room that opens onto a little balcony. There are also a lot of houseplants, so if you are green fingered that is a big plus!

I like to keep the space very, very clean. I am very health conscious and work out a lot, as well as eating and cooking clean foods. I would like to find someone with a similar mindset.

How best to describe me? I am relaxed and mindful. I like to meditate, watch documentaries, and grow plants. On the flip side, I love love love a good party and boogie. The flat is 200m from one of the best Irish pubs in London, and you will be taken there for your flat inauguration.

If you are an NPC/finance bro, this is not for you.

The room available has a double bed, 2 windows, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside drawer tables, and a large inbuilt wardrobe.

The landlady is excellent. She is UK based, very personable and sorts any problems immediately.

The flat is located in Maida Hill. Great location! Beautiful canal and close to Portobello and Goldbourne Road. Westbourne Park station (Hammersmith and City) is a 5 minute walk, and Maida Vale station (Bakerloo) 10 minutes. Paddington Recreation Ground (running track, tennis courts, astro pitch, outdoor and indoor gym) is a 10 minute walk. Paddington Station is also very close by.
