The kitchen is modern and contains an oven and stove as well as a large fridge & freezer and washing machine/dryer. The living/dining room is spacious and comes with a sofa bed, desk, shoe rack and balcony. The shared bathroom has a toilet, shower/bath and two mirrors. There is some extra storage space opposite the bathroom.
The rent is £2300 per month for the entire flat, so £1150 per person, as the bedrooms offer equal facilities. The utility bills (water, electricity, gas and wifi) are not included in the rent and approximately £60-70 in summer (per person per month) and £110-130 in winter (per person per month). If you aren't students, you'll also have to pay council tax.
