Mon - Fri let in Westminster W9

A comfortable double bedroom in a bright, private room on the Harrow Road. Close to Westbourne Park tube station, bus routes, shops, canal side pubs and restaurants. 10 minutes cycle to Hyde Park, and 15 minutes travel to Paddington station with connections to Heathrow Airport via the Elizabeth Line.

Please note: a quiet dog lives with me in my studio.

The room has a TV, wifi and all bills included. Shared bathroom, and hallway. No access to the kitchen (which is in the other studio). There are tea and coffee making facilities. The layout of the flat allows a lot of privacy: the shared hallway leads directly to this double room, bedroom, and my studio.

In the studio is me - a finance professional working in the charity sector - and a quiet, well-behaved dog in her retirement years.

*Please note*: the bedroom is on the second floor (one flight of stairs, along a hallway then up a second flight of stairs). There is not lift, so the building is not fully accessible.
The flat is located on the Harrow Road, which is busy and can be noisy. The room has blackout curtains, and I provide earplugs (just in case!).

Mon–Fri let although I'll consider 3 days or very short term (up to 1 month) full time lets. £200/wk assumes 4 nights.
