This single room is offered for a female in a 3 bedroom flat in a period house, with shared living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen.

We are very friendly, social, clean girls, who like to get together from time to time, but also respectful of each other's time. We are two young professional ladies working in the arts and finance industries.

About the area:
The house is at a walking distance from the city centre and the area has many surrounded green areas, parks, tennis and golf courts. The canal is only 10 minutes walk away.

The area also offers several supermarkets and shops, including M&S, Coop, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Savers, Primark, TK Maxx, Argos, Poundland and a Farmers Market on Sundays.

Bills: around £80-£100 per month (internet, water, council tax, electricity). Gas bill comes every 3 months.
