Also nearby are Portobello Road (10 minutes walk), Westbourne Grove cafes, boutiques and restaurants (10-15 minutes) and Little Venice (20 minutes walk along the canal).

All bills including Council Tax (Band D) are around £135 per person per month.

The contract is renewed yearly, you'd be replacing me in the current one, which expires on September 19th 2026.
