Looking for a friendly housemate to move into a cosy loft room in our Queen’s Park, 3-bedroom house share. Move in 31st Jan.

£895 rent + bills which come to around £115 (water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax). The room’s got great storage cupboards and comes with bed, drawers, clothes rail, and desk.

Nearby stations:
* 5mins walk - Queens Park station (Bakerloo and Lioness line)
* 10mins walk - Westbourne Park (Circle/Hammersmith)
* 15/20mins walk - Brondesbury Park (Mildmay line)

The nearest shops are M&S and Sainsbury’s local — about a 30mins walk to a big Sainsbury’s in Ladbroke Grove or Aldi in Kilburn.

Currently living here are good friends Jon (26, works for a record label) and Izzy (25, works for a conservation charity), we’ve been at the flat for just over a year and absolutely love the space and Queens Park in general. We’ll give you all the good recs!
