Double room available in brilliant house

This is for a double room in a really nice house. Sadly Chelsea is moving out to pastures new (France), and she leaves behind two human men and 1 boy cat.

Pictures are from when the estate agents first put this place up a few years ago, but there have only been upgrades since!

There is one room available on the top floor. It is very bright, slightly smaller but still lovely. It comes with a double bed, desk, bedside table, double three-drawer chest, and you get the built-in wardrobe in the hallway (directly outside your door) which saves on space in the room itself.

We have a lovely, pokey garden with astroturf (because mowing lawns is for chumps), and it's big enough to sit a table and chairs and a BBQ, and enjoy the evening sun with people over. The kitchen is huuuuge, and has a big breakfast bar, and there is absolutely tons of kitchen equipment, so no worries there. We also have a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer! Most importantly there are three toilets and two showers and the nicest, softest carpet there is. WOW.

The living room is very bright and also massive, with tons of board games and a great big TV; the couch is one of those glorious L-shaped ones so lots of space for evenings in.

Who are we? We're two guys with 9-5ish jobs and we have lived here pretty happily for a while now. Ross (27) likes boardgames, reading, and long walks along the beach (lol). Luke (30) enjoys climbing, heavy metal, and drinking a (sensible amount of) Guinness. We're both pretty sociable, we both love time on the couch watching TV, and we both try to get out of the house as often as possible.

But the most important member of the household is Ross' cat Theo. Timid at first, but very chatty and affectionate once he gets used to you. Never helps out around the house though.

Also, the council tax here is super cheap, especially split threeways, so if nothing else appeals, then come for the savings!
