We are seeking 1 more female student to move into this lovely apartment.

The property is on the top floor of Ashgrove Court, and the accommodation comprises an entrance hallway, kitchen and open-plan living area with a door opening onto a shared balcony (shared with the neighbour next door). There are then two separate toilets, a shower and an additional bathroom (so lots of space!), as well as additional storage.

Each room includes:
- Single bed with brand new mattress
- Fitted wardrobe with sink/hand basin
- Fitted wardrobe
- Desk and chair
- Bedside table
- Chest of drawers

The apartment itself is basic but clean, tidy, and fully functional. There is a lift in the building, as well as an on-site management team.

All bills are included apart from:
- Wifi (£20.99 per month)
- TV license (if you want to watch live TV in your room)
- Parking permit (£20 a year, yes, £20 a year!)

Few key points here:
- The minimum term is 6 months
- If you are a student, you will need to either have a UK-based guarantor OR be able to pay between 3-6 months' rent in advance
- Female Applicants preferred (request of current tenants)
