The rooms and overall accommodation are fairly simple, but they’re clean, well maintained, and professionally managed by the on-site building team — which is why the price is so competitive.

- Single bed & mattress (you’re welcome to bring your own double bed if preferred – just let us know)

- TV licence: only needed if you watch live TV in your room

The rooms are available now and ready for immediate move-in.

This home is let at a below‑market, low‑cost rent, meaning the Renters’ Rights Act 2026 does not apply. Tenancies will be issued as ASTs with a minimum 6‑month term.
