We currently have 2 rooms available in a 4-bedroom professional flatshare, located on the third floor of a purpose-built block within a secure gated development. The building also has a lift, making access nice and easy.

The rooms and overall accommodation are fairly simple, but they’re clean, well maintained, and professionally managed by the on-site building team — which is why the price is so competitive.

Each room includes:
- Single bed & mattress (you’re welcome to bring your own double bed if preferred – just let us know)
-Desk and chair
- Fitted wardrobe
- Hand basin in the room
- Chest of drawers

The flat itself includes:
- 4 bedrooms
- Open-plan living room / kitchen
- 2 toilets
- 1 shower room
- 1 bathroom
- Additional storage space

Bills
All bills are included except the following:

- WiFi: £20.99 per month (optional)
- Allocated parking: £20 per year (optional)
- TV licence: only needed if you watch live TV in your room

⚠️ Important:
Rental prices are due to increase from 1st April. If you move in during March, you’ll secure the current advertised rent for your initial term (£842pcm). If you’re planning to move in from April onwards, the price is expected to increase to around £880–£890 per month (final figure to be confirmed shortly).
