Hello and thank you for viewing my ad. This a a lovely flatshare with only one other person who is often away. While I am away you have a two bedroom garden flat all to yourself! I’m open to short and long term stays, full time or Mon-Fri setups- (all will have varying prices). I’m super flexible on move in and out dates and don’t even require any notice in advance.

The flat has recently been refurbished to the highest of standards and has a light Mediterranean feel to it. It is a 10 minute walk to Portobello Notting Hill, Queens Park or Maida Vale proper.

Comfortable and spacious lounge with 2 sofas 47 HD TV/broadband. Central heating and Double Glazing throughout. The house is alarmed. A Lovely massive eat in kitchen. washer/dryer/dishwasher/5 hob cooker/Nespresso Coffee Machine/ juicer/bi-weekly cleaning Big garden with table, chairs and hammock ideal for BBQ etc. Fully furnished throughout.

I am a consultant and professional life coach. I guess I could say I was easy going, laid back and generally a nice guy, but most people think they are. I suppose it is more important what you think of me and vice versa, so really it's about whether or not we click and trust each other. I’m looking for someone who is tidy (preferably verging on OCD!), responsible and any age. The most important thing is that we get along ,trust and respect each other. My last flatmate stayed for 3 years and you are welcome to talk to her.

I keep the house fully stocked with every single product needed to keep it running, i. e. hand wash/washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs/ machine tabs/bleach/ conditioner/kitchen towel, tea, coffee etc. This is all included in the price. In fact there is nothing you need to do except buy your own food! Pls note that there is not an immense amount of storage space just the normal amount, and so if you have plenty you need to bring with you, this may not be your best choice. I am happy for you to invite and have friends over, whenever you like, but would prefer them not to sleep over-at least not on a regular basis.. This is not a party flat, It is a safe, clean, warm friendly and fun home and Is always snatched up very quickly so please call or email if you are interested.
