You will be sharing with one female flatmate, a teacher, mid-thirties - not with me. I'm the owner of the flat, but not living there at the moment.

The flat is beautifully bright, clean and tidy with soft carpets (hence a no outdoor shoes rule) and a cosy luxurious feel.

Your bedroom is a small double room with a double bed (quality firm mattress). Linen can be provided if you don't have your own. There is a wardrobe and bedside table. Windows are sound-proofed so the flat is quiet despite lively location.

The shared spaces are a bathroom, which has Moroccan tiles and walk-in Shower (no bath), illuminated mirror.
The kitchen has all mod cons incl washing machine, new fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
The living room is bright and airy with desk for working from home, plus dining table and sofa (which can be converted to a double bed if you have a visitor).

Maida Hill is very close to Paddington, Queens Park, Kilburn, Maida Vale, Little Venice, Westbourne. Lots of cafe's and bars within walking distance. Westfield, Notting Hill and Bayswater are also near. For green space, Paddington Rec and Queens Park are close-by. Several gyms / yoga clubs close-by. Nearest stations (10 mins walk) are Queens Park and Westbourne Park. You can cycle to Oxford Street in 20 mins.

This is a stylish 2 bed, first floor flat in a fantastic location on the corner of Fernhead Road and Shirland Road. This would ideally suit a professional or mature student, who need good access to central London.
