Single room in a beautiful residence

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a new flatmate to share our beautiful flat (4 bedrooms, 1 WC, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen) in the prettiest building on Elgin Avenue. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk/chair and bookshelf.

The area is beautiful! There are many small shops (wine, bread, Italian food), cafes and restaurants, dry cleaners in less than 2 min walking distance. Maida Vale Station is only 5 min away and Warwick Avenue (Little Venice) is just 10 min. There are plenty of busses (including night buses) around. A fitness club with tennis courts (Paddington Sports Club) is just behind the house, and the Paddington recreation ground is only 2 minutes walk.

Bills are not included but they amount to around £60-£100 depending on use.

Your housemates are 3 professional girls, were relatively quiet and clean. Up for a chat in the kitchen whenever opportunity presents but also happy to keep to ourselves when we need alone time. Looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful and willing to contribute to making this flat homey.

Move in date: 1st September.
