Double Room: fully furnished, own ensuite (not attached to room), large storage cupboards. Room measures 3x3.5m, original high ceilings. Room is at the rear so very quiet. It has new double glazing and blackout blinds.

Living room: large period living room, huge 4K 3D TV, sofa bed, 8 seater dinning table (1.8m). High ceilings

Kitchen: fully equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Grill, Fridge Freezer

One of the nicest areas in London; safe and affluent. Bus stop right outside, 8 minute walk to Maida Vale tube (Bakerloo). Close proximity to Westbourne Park Tube and Paddington. Located just across from Paddington Recreation Ground (gym, running track, 13 tennis courts, park).

Please note I have a little cat (Flo) that lives here too. She is friendly and playful but can be a little anxious around new people; clean and indoors only.

All bills (utilities, council tax, TV license etc) included weekly cleaner. Ideal for someone who appreciates a clean and tidy home with a house-proud flatmate. I do not leave dishes in the sink.

Current flatmate: friendly, educated professional female, 35, from London originally and have a great sense of humour (even if i say so myself). Enjoy seeing friends, eating and drinking at new places, tennis, keeping fit etc...Fellow tennis fans are a bonus but not essential.

Looking for a like minded, independent flatmate, no couch potatoes! Ideally would prefer no WFH, but am happy if you need to add a desk etc
