Maida Vale tube station is a 2 minute walk from the flat on the Bakerloo line and only takes 12 minutes to Oxford Circus.
Warwick Avenue station - 8 minutes (Bakerloo)
Paddington is a 20 minute walk (or 2 stops on the Bakerloo) and has links to TFL, Heathrow express, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines.
Notting Hill is a 20 minute walk.
About Us:
You would be living with two girls - Harriet is 38, working working as an Account Manager for a hair company (plenty of free hair products!). Charlotte is 32 and works in Client Relations (sadly no freebies!). We are both back to the office so aren’t home much in the day. We’re both very house very house proud and like to keep it clean and tidy. We like to be able to call it a home, have the occasional glass of wine/dinner together as well as respect each other’s need for space and quiet time. We’re very social outside of the house but never bring the party back!
Equally, we are looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy, looks after the communal areas and is quiet and respectful.
We have lovely neighbors who like to help each other out when needed and will always sign for parcels for us!
Rent:
Rent comes out on the 18th of the month. A cleaner that we trust, comes fortnightly at £20 each for the entire flat. Water, broadband, gas & electricity as well as council tax are payable monthly at approx circa £160.
