We have a single room to rent in a spacious apartment with private garden, and a big living room (the carpet is now gone: we have a new wooden floor!!)

Very close to all the Maida Vale amenities i. e. a park, tube stations, shops, gym etc. The area is so pretty!

The bedroom has access to the balcony.

Available from 1st of October (flexible date). Viewings Sunday 28th of September.

There are two other bedrooms in the flat: one en-suite shared by the couple and one double, therefore the kitchen and the living room would be shared with three professionals. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one girl.

We are looking for a respectful and clean flatmate (as we work and travel a lot, we are looking for someone that will respect calm in the evenings, no wild parties in the flat).
