Lovely room in Maida Vale; close to transit links

The room is one of three in the flat, the flat is split level so all bedrooms are on the upper floor along with 1 full bathroom. This room is the only one of the three that does not share a wall with the others. The room comes with a bed, mattress, small desk, and dresser as well as a wardrobe for storage.

There is one full bathroom on the top floor (toilet/shower/bath/basin) as well as a toilet and sink on the bottom floor, which is perfect for a flat with 3 residents, never a problem getting into the loo!

Large living space with TV/Netflix/Amazon Prime/ and any other channel or network you can think of all included. Small terrace off of the living room as well which is lovely for reading in the summer months. The kitchen is large and has all working appliances as well as a full washer for clothes.

Both current flatmates are wonderful to live with. They are kind and social and are also very respectful of personal space/time when needed. I'm sad to be moving out but my work circumstances have changed, otherwise I would definitely stay! That said, I am looking for a good fit for the room as well as the other tenants.
