Bedroom in luxury flat in Paddington (Maida Vale)

I am looking for a roommate to fill a room as the current occupant is moving out of the flat after 2 years with his gf! The room is spacious and receives a lot of light during the day. It has built in wardrobes and lots of storage space, and comes with a high quality bed. I am looking for an easy going, tidy, and sociable person to fill the room.

Opposite our apartment are a few great restaurants, a large tennis club/gym, and it's less than five minutes walk from the tube station.

The apartment is immaculately maintained and kitted out with very high quality finishings. We share the cost of a cleaner who comes frequently, but generally keep the apartment tidy.

The apartment has three bedrooms. What is really great is that we have a separate big living room at the front of the flat and a large eat in kitchen at the back of the apartment with a balcony overlooking the shared gardens.

I work in consulting and the other flatmate is graphic designer, we use to go to the office 3 times aprox per week in the offie, and spend weekends/evenings doing sports or socialising..
