Zone 2 Double room Maida Vale in 3 bed flat

Hey! We’ve got a lovely furnished double room available in a perfectly located, West London flat. The newly refurbished flat is 3 doubles with 2 bathrooms (showers and a bath), a kitchen, which has a washing machine and a shared garden (secure place for a bike). Maida Vale tube station is 5 minutes walk away (Bakerloo Line) and Westbourne Park is 15 minutes walk away (Circle, Hammersmith & city lines). Paddington is also very close by. We’re surrounded by shops, a local gym, cozy pubs and have the bonus of Little Venice being only a 10 minute walk away. The area is a really nice leafy neighbourhood that is very safe.

You would be living with two easy-going, friendly young professionals. Emily is a People and Talent Partner (24) and Felix is an Architect (24). We’re looking for someone who is clean (think Monica), but easy-going and up for a drink (or 3) after work.

The contract is 6 months minimum and the move in date is December 27th, but can be flexible and move in a week before if you want to get sorted before Christmas.
