Cozy double bedroom in Maida Vale

Hi all,
I need someone to take over my contract( the contract until 14th of April ‘20)then you can renew it) there will be an empty room in this flat from 14th November (there could be some flexibility) I am looking for a considerate and reliable flatmate.

About my flat:
A Victorian building comprising 3 separate flats, we are on the 1st floor. The kitchen/living room area is spacious with a view on the road. Fully furnished and equipped. Your room is a lovely cozy double bedroom with a back yard view.

Excellent location as Queen's Park station is 5 minutes away. (Bakerloo and Overground). Nearby, there are many options on buses (6, 36, 328, 31, 18, 187), M&S and Sainsbury's on walking distance, and a farmer's market taking place in the neighbourhood.
Portobello, Notting Hill, and Little Venice within walking distance, many great places to explore!
Last but not least, the hidden gem of Queen's Park is also within walking distance with a tiny zoo and tennis courts.

About my flatmate:
She’s lovely and very respectful person! She works in marketing as graphic designer originally from Greece. She’s working from home at the moment and she keeps the flat clean and tidy.

About you:
Looking for a professional who is respectful and can keep clean and tidy the house but you can also share a glass of wine and chat with. The room is lovely and being in a 2 bedroom flat often feels like living on your own. It's more of a place to feel like home.
