In the times of pandemic & lockdown, it’s a brilliant space for sipping on your coffee on a sunny day, exercise or organise BBQ during summer. It is a brilliant space to social distance and unwind with flatmates during these unprecedented times. The communal space has a key access which makes it safe and secure as well.
-BUILDING TYPE – It’s a lovely Victorian mansion block in Maida Vale, which has been recently renovated.
*OTHER ROOMS - There are 3 other rooms in the flat which are occupied. They share 2 Bathroom and one Toilet are shared between them. Toilet is separate which helps when we have a get-together or friends over.
*FLATMATES: There are 3 other female flatmates who are working professionals. They are extremely friendly and considerate about other flatmates. It’s a diverse mix of people with 1 American, 1 Russian and 1 Italian which represent true spirit of London. We are extremely proud of maintaining a homely and friendly environment in the flat.

*Paddington recreation park is right opposite the mansion block (less than a min walk away). It has professional tracks for running, free-style exercise machines, gym, tennis courts, cricket ground and walking tracks. Absolutely a luxury in the lockdown days as it gives an abode to unwind and yet maintain social distance
*Primrose Hill & Regent's Park is about 20mins walk away. Another lovely open space for walks and organise picnics during summer
*The beautiful little Venice canal is just 10mins walk away. You can take a boat ride or enjoy drinks/food in restaurant next to the canal.
*There are multiple cafes, restaurants and bars within 10mins walk from the mansion block. I would personally recommend visiting The Elgin, Warrington, Summerhouse and Waterway.
*If you are a big fan of watching movies, then there is an "Everyman" cinema just 5mins walk away. I would highly recommend Everyman over any other multiscreen cinema halls.
