I am looking for a professional to replace me in my current flat share. The contract runs until September 1st 2021, but has the option to renew if you should so wish.

The desk and chair are in an alcove which is next to the en suite - perfect if you need a separated space for your home office.

The rest of the property is large with a big kitchen overlooking the Paddington Tennis Club courts and a large separate living room with two leather sofas and a coffee table. The flat is situated on Delaware Road opposite the BBC Maida Vale Studios and is very quiet.

The current two room-mates are lovely, friendly and clean professional guys. One is in finance and the other is in tourism. I am moving in with my partner elsewhere which is why I am giving up my contract. The room is available from February 1st and viewings can be arranged at short notice providing PPE is worn at all times whilst inside the property.
