Opportunity for a lovely double room for single use in Maida Vale / Little Venice.

The room is located on the top floor of a beautiful mansion block in a quiet and highly residential area, with tennis courts just in front of the property. The flat has been recently renovated to a high standard and is in excellent condition.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The bathroom is mostly private, although on rare occasions we may need to use it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dining table, cookware, and a Nespresso machine.

We are a couple, Emanuele (37) and Ludovica (32), friendly and sociable, with a passion for food, wine, travel, art, and culture. We purchased the flat in 2023 and have renovated and furnished it with great care and style. Due to Ludovica’s new work situation, we have decided to rent out one of the spare rooms. Ludovica has recently signed a work contract in Italy, so we will be spending a significant amount of time there. For this reason, we are looking for a responsible and reliable female tenant who can take good care of the home while we are away.
